The Goring Chocolate Cafe

The Goring Chocolate Cafe ( The Village Cafe) was launched in 2015, following a visit  from a rep selling credit card paper!! Vivienne asked him to let her know if he ever heard of a café for sale. And he did ! After a completemakeover a 55 seat Chocolate Café was opened in the Goring Gap, including both upstairs and outside seating areas. 

The Goring Café is at the heart of the community located in the entrance of The Arcade. Members here enjoy the benefits and privileges of being part of a welcoming community as well as being a part of a much loved cafe of our Chocolate Cafe Club.

Every year the cafe co organises the Christmas fair with BBQ, Punch & Judy, stall holders and Father Christmas

Members can play Bridge as a club runs here every Tuesday afternoon upstairs with hot drinks from 2pm.

The space can be used is a venue for :-

many local business to host meetings, reviews and general catch up

Local nannies and au pairs to meet, have coffee, catch up and the kids to  enjoy playing, colouring and reading with their friends. 

We have FREE public wifi and usb ports.

We provide outside catering buffets for local companies on a regular basis (see our catering menu).

Support the local community Christmas Craft Market with donating cake and sugars for the teas and coffees.
